Your experience. A considered approach from the very beginning.

Transforming your home is a significant undertaking, and the experience along the way matters just as much as the finished result.
Our approach is built around listening, careful planning and clear communication, giving you the support and confidence to enjoy seeing your project take shape.
It starts with a conversation.
Every successful project starts by understanding what you're hoping to achieve.
Whether you contact us by telephone, email or through the website, Paris, our Client Experience Manager, will help gather the initial information about your project, including your ideas, plans, timescales and budget expectations.
It's an opportunity for us to understand your project and for you to begin getting to know the team who could be delivering it.
Understanding your home.
Once we've had an opportunity to understand the initial brief, Paris will arrange for Nathan to meet you at your property.
This is where the conversation really begins. Nathan will take the time to understand how you use your home, what isn't currently working and what you'd like the project to achieve, while considering the practicalities and opportunities presented by the property itself.
If architects, structural engineers or other specialist professionals are required, we can introduce trusted people we regularly work alongside or work happily with professionals you've already chosen.
Your Fee Proposal. Presented personally.
Once we've taken the time to understand your project, Nathan will prepare your detailed Fee Proposal with the scope of works, quality, programme and budget carefully considered.
When it's ready, we'll invite you to The Client Hub to sit down together and take you through it personally.
Rather than simply sending a document by email, we believe it's important that you understand what's included and have the opportunity to talk through the detail, ask questions and explore any options or decisions that could influence the project.
You'll leave with a printed copy of your Fee Proposal to consider in your own time, with a clear understanding of what's being proposed and what happens next.

Time to consider.
There's no expectation to make a decision at the meeting. Take your Fee Proposal away, consider everything we've discussed and come back to us with any questions.
Projects often evolve at this stage, and we're happy to explore refinements or alternatives before everything is agreed.
Preparing for your project.
Once you're ready to move forward, reserving your build slot secures the agreed space within our programme and allows detailed preparations to begin.
Materials, finishes, specialist suppliers and longer lead items can then be coordinated alongside the programme, helping ensure everything is properly prepared before the team arrives.
A private project WhatsApp group is also created, giving you a simple and direct way to stay connected with the team throughout your build.
Keeping you part of the project.
Once work begins, communication remains central to the experience.
Paris remains your dedicated point of contact, while Nathan oversees the operational side of the project and the team on site. Regular updates keep you informed of progress, upcoming decisions and anything that needs your input.
You're not simply waiting to see the finished result. You're part of the project team throughout.
When the unexpected happens.
Existing buildings don't always reveal everything at the beginning of a project, particularly when working with older or previously altered properties.
If something unexpected is uncovered, we'll explain what we've found, discuss the implications and talk through the available options with you before moving forward.
Good project management isn't about pretending the unexpected never happens. It's about dealing with it properly when it does.
The finishing details. Your project, complete.

As the project approaches completion, attention increasingly turns to the details that bring everything together.
The work is carefully reviewed, final items are addressed and the finished project is considered with you before handover. It is an important part of the process, making sure everything has been completed as expected and giving you the opportunity to walk through the finished spaces with the team.
The same care that went into planning and delivering your project remains right through to the final stages, ensuring the experience finishes with the same professionalism with which it began.
From the first conversation to the finishing details, the aim is simple: to make the entire experience feel considered, organised and well managed.
And it doesn't necessarily end there.
Completing your project does not mean the relationship has to end.
If something needs our attention afterwards, the team is only a phone call away. We have built our reputation on looking after our clients and standing behind the work we deliver, and that same approach continues after the project is complete.
Many of our clients come back to us for future projects, which is perhaps the best reflection of the relationships we aim to build.
Client reviews. Reflections from clients we’ve had the pleasure to work with.
Nathan and his team are totally professional and their work is first class. They consistently hit project time and financial targets whilst maintaining a personable client relationship.
Simply, I would have been proud to have employed them within my own company.
