Our Business Director, Clive, takes care of the business element allowing the rest of the team to focus on your project.

Paris Colenutt
Client Experience Manager
Paris leads client services, ensuring your project runs seamlessly from start to finish.
Since joining The Best Build Team in 2021, Paris has become an invaluable part of the team, known for her meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills. With over five years of experience in administrative roles, she excels at keeping everything on track while making every client feel at ease.
Paris will be your first point of contact and will remain your go-to team member throughout the build. Her favourite part of the job? Seeing clients’ dreams come to life.
Nathan Hibbs
Operations Director
Nathan co-founded The Best Build Team in 2019 alongside Clive, bringing his wealth of experience as an Installations Manager to the forefront. His passion for larger, more transformative projects inspired him to start the company, and he hasn’t looked back since.
Nathan thrives on working with a highly skilled team to deliver projects of all shapes and sizes. One of his proudest achievements is leading the transformation of a stunning countryside estate.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time with family and friends and is an avid water sports enthusiast.
Clive Preston
Business Director
With over 30 years of experience in construction, Clive brings a rare combination of on-site expertise and business acumen. Since co-founding The Best Build Team, he has been focussed on building relationships with both the team and clients, ensuring the smooth running of operations and a high level of client satisfaction.
Clive is especially proud of the positive feedback the company has received and the number of clients who return for additional projects. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, exploring the great outdoors, and spending time with his family.
