Everyone has a different role to play, but the approach is shared: communicate clearly, take pride in the work and give every project the care and attention it deserves.
Paris Colenutt
Client Experience Manager
Paris is often the first person you'll speak to when contacting The Best Build Team and remains a familiar point of contact as your project develops.
Since joining the team in 2021, her organisation, attention to detail and natural way with people have made her an important part of the client experience. From arranging early meetings and keeping communication flowing to helping coordinate the details behind the scenes, Paris helps make sure clients always know who they can turn to.
For Paris, getting to know our clients and seeing their projects come together is one of the most rewarding parts of the role.
Nathan Hibbs
Operations Director
Nathan co founded The Best Build Team with Clive in 2019 and leads the operational side of the business.
From those first conversations at your property through to preparing your Fee Proposal and overseeing the project as it develops, Nathan brings practical building experience and a straightforward approach to every stage.
He particularly enjoys finding solutions to more involved projects and working alongside clients and the wider professional team to turn ideas into something that works beautifully in practice.
Away from work, Nathan enjoys time with family and friends and is rarely far from the water.
Clive Preston
Business Director
Clive co founded The Best Build Team with Nathan and focuses on the business behind the projects, from growth and marketing to finance, people and the smooth running of the company.
His role allows Nathan and the wider team to remain focused on clients and project delivery, while ensuring the business continues to develop in a considered and sustainable way.
Clive is particularly proud of the relationships the team has built with clients over the years, especially those who return when the next project comes along.
Away from the business, Clive enjoys cycling, being outdoors and spending time with his family.
Daniel Hibbs
Project Support
Daniel has been part of The Best Build Team since 2022 and brings a valuable combination of practical site experience and an easy, natural way with clients.
His hands on experience across a wide range of our projects means Daniel understands how the details come together on site, and he increasingly supports Nathan with client meetings, project discussions and the practical coordination behind the work.
A firm favourite with many of our clients, Daniel's friendly nature and willingness to help make him a valued part of the team both on and off site.
