The Client Hub was created to give our clients somewhere dedicated to sit down together, talk properly and give their project the time it deserves.
From early ideas and project discussions to reviewing plans, considering options and making important decisions, it's a welcoming environment where conversations can happen without the distractions of a busy building site.
Why we created The Client Hub. Some conversations deserve more than an email.
Building projects involve important decisions, detailed proposals and often a significant investment in your home. We wanted to create somewhere these conversations could be given the time and attention they deserve.
One of those moments is when your Fee Proposal is ready. Rather than simply sending it by email, The Client Hub gives us the opportunity to sit down together, talk through the detail, answer your questions and make sure you understand what is being proposed.
It's a more personal and considered way of working. You'll usually meet Nathan, our Operations Director, and Paris, our Client Experience Manager, here throughout your journey, giving you the opportunity to have those important conversations with the people helping to deliver your project.
That personal approach is one of the reasons The Client Hub was created.

Every project is different, and sometimes the right conversation involves more than just the building team.
The Client Hub gives us a place to bring together architects, structural engineers, interior designers, suppliers and other specialists involved in your project.
Whether they're professionals you already work with or trusted people we can introduce, having everyone around the same table helps ideas develop, questions get answered and decisions be made together.
