1. Initial contact

Getting in touch is simple. Whether by phone, email or our online contact form, the first conversation is an opportunity to understand your project, your ideas and any plans or information you may already have available.

Budget expectations, timescales and the overall vision for the project are discussed early to help provide clarity from the very beginning.

2. Sharing your vision

Following the initial conversation, further details such as photos, drawings or inspiration can be shared by email or telephone. Whether plans are already prepared or ideas are still evolving, guidance and support are provided throughout the early stages.

Where required, introductions can also be made to trusted architects and specialist professionals to help move the project forward with confidence.

 

3. Site visit and personal consultation

Once the initial information has been reviewed, Paris will arrange a meeting with Nathan to discuss the project in more detail. These consultations are relaxed, collaborative and carefully prepared in advance to ensure valuable time is spent discussing ideas, practicalities and opportunities for the space.

Every client becomes an important part of the wider project team, with clear communication and careful planning remaining central throughout.

 

4. Fee proposal and feedback

Following the consultation, a detailed fee proposal is prepared with quality, time and budget carefully considered throughout. Clients are encouraged to review everything at their own pace before discussing any questions or refinements together.

Ideas often evolve during this stage, allowing the opportunity to explore alternative approaches, materials or layouts before works begin.

 

5. Securing your build slot

Once the proposal has been approved, a build slot reservation secures space within the schedule and allows preparations to begin. This stage also enables materials with longer lead times to be planned and ordered in advance where required.

A private WhatsApp group is then created to support clear and streamlined communication throughout the project.

 

6. Materials and scheduling

Guidance can be provided on materials, finishes, suppliers and showroom visits to help ensure selections suit both the style of the project and the agreed budget.

Delivery schedules, lead times and start dates are carefully coordinated to ensure the project is prepared efficiently before works commence.

 

7. Commencement of works

With planning and scheduling complete, work begins on site. Regular communication and progress updates help ensure every stage of the project remains organised, transparent and carefully managed throughout.

 

8. Monitoring progress

Projects are regularly reviewed throughout construction to maintain quality standards, monitor progress and ensure works continue to move forward smoothly. Careful oversight and communication provide reassurance throughout every stage of the build process.

 

9. Project completion

Before completion, the project is carefully reviewed to ensure every detail meets the expected standard and final approval is achieved. A follow-up conversation is then arranged to ensure complete satisfaction following handover.

Client feedback is always welcomed and greatly valued following completion of the works.

 

10. Ongoing support

​​​Relationships often continue long after a project has been completed. Whether further advice is required, future works are being considered or additional support is needed, ongoing guidance and communication always remain available.
