Expanding a growing families home

Our clients in Salisbury came to us with exciting plans to extend their charming bungalow. The vision was to remove an old, inefficient, lean-to conservatory and replace it with a modern, single-storey extension that would enhance their home’s functionality and style. The architect designed a seamless roofline, extending it over the new addition to keep the bungalow’s character intact.

To create a spacious, open-plan layout, we removed the original rear wall, reinforcing the structure with steelwork. This allowed for a large bi-fold door that floods the new living space with natural light and opens directly onto the garden, beautifully connecting indoor and outdoor areas.

Now a versatile family space, this extension offers room for dining, working, and plenty of playtime. The owners have truly made it their own, adding personal touches through decor and finishing, bringing the project to a high standard and making it a place for everyone to enjoy.
