Replacing an inefficient conservatory with a bright and functional extension

Our lovely client came to us with a clear goal: to replace their small, leaking conservatory with a solid extension that could serve as a play space, work area, and, when needed, an extension to their dining room. With Christmas fast approaching, timing was critical, and we made it our mission to complete the project in record time.

The design focused on creating a bright, multi-functional space that felt connected to the rest of the home. To keep the dining area as light-filled as possible, we included large bi-fold doors, two spacious windows, and a stunning roof lantern in the flat roof design. These features not only flood the space with natural light but also create a seamless connection between the indoors and the garden.

Despite the tight deadline, we delivered the project with hours to spare, just in time for the festive season. The new extension blends perfectly with the existing home, providing a practical yet stylish area for the client to enjoy year-round.

Now complete, the space has become an integral part of their home, a place for play, work, and hosting family and friends. Our client was over the moon with the transformation, and we’re thrilled to have delivered exactly what they needed, right when they needed it.
